Josh is a creative officer, innovator, mentor and team leader, with over 20 years of award-winning experience.
Josh brings executive impact to both customer experience and employee experience for clients like T-Mobile, Jaguar, Converse, Yokohama Tires, Windstar Cruises and Bank of Hawaii. He also builds and develops design teams with focus on hiring and retaining top talent, as well as streamlining the design process with the latest DesignOps approach. At Synozur, Josh leads winning approaches to capture customer attention and employee engagement. On weekends, Josh can often be found on two wheels up and down the west coast, or parts unknown.
