And on Wednesday, The AI Champion's Playbook equips the change agents who make adoption real on the ground.

Make it work and make it last: sessions with Chris McNulty

Chris is presenting two sessions this year. On Thursday, in Put Strategy To Work,he’lll show how Microsoft 365 can become the place where strategy and planning actually happen — not a slide that gets filed away. On Friday Chris closes the conference with Making M365 Reliable for AI, a candid look at what to monitor, why things break, and how to fix them so your AI investments stay dependable.

Get more done: productivity with Shari Oswald and Christian Buckley

Shari Oswald shows how the new Microsoft Planner turns scattered to-dos into finished work in From To-Do to Done on Thursday morning. Later that afternoon, Shari joins Christian Buckley for Amplifying Productivity in Microsoft 365, a fast, practical tour of strategies and AI boosts you can put to use the moment you get home.
